Founder & CEO
Jennifer Kaufman
Jennifer founded Kaufman Inclusion Group to close the gap between good intentions and daily practice. Her background spans education and organizational development, and her work stays focused on the business context: how teams hire, meet, manage, and advance people.
Her Inclusion Fluency™ framework treats neurodiversity competence as learnable and practiceable. Rather than a single awareness event, it builds a shared vocabulary, a menu of concrete adaptations, and the internal capacity to keep the work going.
Kaufman Inclusion Group is one of three practices under the jenkaufman.com banner.

How Jennifer facilitates
Business context, not a personal narrative talk
Sessions open with a brief framing anecdote, then move to the audience's own workplace within minutes.
Composite scenarios only
Every case study is anonymized and composite — never a real, identifiable individual.
Everyone leaves with an artifact
Each activity produces something participants keep: a checklist, a worksheet, an action-planning canvas.
One action within 24 hours
Every session closes — regardless of tier — with one specific commitment due the next day.
